The HR Service Delivery New Associate role is an entry-level position designed for fresh graduates who are keen on building a career in human resources operations. As a Workforce Data Administrator, you will be the custodian of employee information, ensuring that every onboarding, transfer, promotion, and exit is captured accurately in the HRIS platforms. This role demands a meticulous eye for detail, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as payroll, finance, and line managers. ### Key Responsibilities - Maintain and update employee/workforce data in HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM). - Process end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions – onboarding, transfers, promotions, role changes, leave updates, and exits. - Verify data for completeness and accuracy before submission, adhering to SLAs and compliance standards. - Resolve data discrepancies by coordinating with HR, payroll, and business stakeholders. - Generate regular reports, dashboards, and audit documentation related to workforce data. - Conduct data quality checks and support internal and external audit activities. - Respond to employee and manager queries within defined turnaround times, ensuring a high level of service. - Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. - Uphold data privacy and confidentiality standards at all times. - Meet productivity, quality, and SLA targets set by the HR Service Delivery team. ### Requirements - Strong skills in data entry and HRIS (experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and Oracle HCM is a plus). - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. ### Benefits - Structured learning environment with mentorship. - Global exposure and the chance to work with industry-leading technologies. - Access to Accenture’s extensive training libraries. - Clear career roadmap with growth opportunities to roles such as HR Analyst, HR Operations Manager, and senior leadership positions. - A strong foundation in HR analytics and operations to position you for rapid advancement in the HR domain.
