The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) role serves as a launchpad for recent engineering graduates to gain hands-on experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) and related automation projects. Trainees will work under the guidance of senior engineers and project managers, contributing to the design, implementation, and testing of HVAC control solutions for global clients. ## Key Responsibilities - Execute design and application engineering tasks for Building Management Systems, focusing on HVAC control logic. - Assist in preparing detailed Project Execution Plans in coordination with senior team members. - Participate in on-site installations, commissioning, and functional testing of hardware and software packages. - Ensure adherence to quality standards, performing defect-free deliveries and maintaining documentation. - Follow established processes and guidelines to meet project timelines and customer expectations. - Attend internal training sessions, workshops, and client meetings to enhance technical and soft skills. - Support the preparation of technical reports, as-built drawings, and handover documents. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to troubleshoot issues and propose improvement ideas. - Maintain a log of project progress and communicate status updates to supervisors. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department. ## Requirements - Skills in Building Management Systems, HVAC control, project planning, and quality assurance. - Strong team collaboration, communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. - Familiarity with building automation platforms (e.g., Metasys, Tridium Niagara), HVAC control algorithms, PLC programming, SCADA interfaces, AutoCAD for schematics, MS Office suite for documentation, and project management tools like MS Project. ## Benefits - A structured graduate program with mentorship from industry veterans. - Exposure to global projects and a supportive environment that encourages learning and innovation. - Competitive compensation and comprehensive health benefits. - Clear career progression with opportunities for advancement to Engineer, Senior Engineer, and Project Lead roles, with specializations in areas such as Energy Management, IoT-enabled building solutions, or Global Project Management.
