The role of Process Associate – Order Management (Health Care – Voice) sits within IBM’s Enterprise Operations unit, specifically the BPO wing of IBM Consulting. This position serves as the first point of contact for healthcare clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, email follow-ups, and order-related queries. The associate must possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
