Accenture is hiring an entry-level HR Service Delivery New Associate for fresh graduates interested in building a career in HR operations. In this role, you will act as a Workforce Data Administrator, ensuring employee lifecycle changes are captured accurately in HR systems and supporting smooth coordination across HR, payroll, finance, and business teams.

• Maintain and update employee/workforce data in HR systems
• Process employee lifecycle transactions such as onboarding, transfers, promotions, role changes, leave updates, and exits
• Verify data completeness and accuracy before submission
• Resolve data discrepancies with HR, payroll, and business stakeholders
• Generate reports, dashboards, and audit documentation
• Conduct data quality checks and support audit activities
• Respond to employee and manager queries within turnaround times
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement

• Strong skills in data entry and HRIS
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
