We're a fast-growing startup building AI-powered products that redefine how teams work, and we're looking for an AI-first designer to craft intuitive, beautiful experiences across the platform. The role owns design end-to-end, from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and shipped product, and also includes creating scalable AI-generated brand and marketing videos.
What you’ll do
Rapidly design and prototype experiences using AI tools Translate ideas into functional website or product prototypes using Framer, Webflow, or similar platforms Use AI to accelerate design exploration, iteration, and content generation Lead end-to-end product design across web and mobile surfaces Define, evolve, and maintain the design system Conduct user research and facilitate usability testing sessions Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes Script, produce, and deliver AI-generated brand videos in a repeatable workflow
Who you are
3-5 years in UI/UX or product design with a strong portfolio spanning SaaS, mobile, or consumer products Experience working in fast-paced environments where rapid prototyping and iteration are critical Mastery of Figma and deep knowledge of design systems Sharp eye for typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy Comfortable running user interviews, synthesizing insights, and translating them into product decisions Proven ability to partner with engineering and product to ship polished experiences on tight timelines Strong judgment on when to rely on AI versus human judgment in ambiguous or high-impact UX decisions
