About

As a Pre-Sales Architect on Anthropic’s Applied AI team, you’ll help large enterprise customers understand Claude’s value and design how it fits into their technology stack. The role blends deep technical problem-solving with customer-facing advisory work, with a focus on safe, reliable AI deployment and long-term account success.

What you’ll do

Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions Serve as the primary technical advisor across the Claude adoption journey from discovery to deployment Lead use case scoping, architecture reviews, technical champion building, adoption workshops, and execution Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Enterprise Create technical content for both engineering teams and executive audiences Reproduce customer environments, prove paths to production, and guide architecture decisions Develop evaluation frameworks and identify common integration patterns

Who you are

8+ years in roles such as Field CTO, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Product Manager with hands-on building experience Experience working with enterprise customers and complex multi-stakeholder buying cycles Experience owning named or strategic enterprise accounts over long buying cycles Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to C-suite, engineering, and IT stakeholders Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems Comfortable with Python Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools, or background in machine learning or data science
