The Data Analyst Fresher role is for recent graduates who want to apply their analytical skills in a real business setting. You will work with senior data scientists and business stakeholders to turn data into insights that support decision-making, while gaining hands-on exposure to the full data lifecycle.
What you’ll do
Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from multiple sources Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau Generate regular and ad-hoc reports with actionable business recommendations Conduct data validation and quality assurance checks Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand analytical requirements and deliver tailored solutions Document data pipelines, methodologies, and insights Assist in the development of predictive models under the guidance of senior analysts
Who you are
Proficiency in SQL and Python (pandas, numpy) Strong skills in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau Basic knowledge of statistical packages such as R or SAS and data warehousing concepts Excellent problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail skills
