This role is for an Automation & AI Agent Specialist who will design, build, and deploy intelligent automation solutions across internal operations and client-facing projects. The work focuses on streamlining workflows, integrating business systems, and creating AI-powered agents that improve efficiency, scalability, and business impact.
What you’ll do
Analyze and document workflows across operations, sales, HR, and support Prioritize automation opportunities based on frequency, friction, and business impact Build, test, maintain, and optimize automations using n8n, Zapier, and connected systems Develop AI agents and research workflows for internal and client-facing use cases Create scoring, routing, decision logic, and automated alerts Document solutions clearly and support ongoing iteration
Who you are
3-5 years of hands-on experience building automations with n8n, Zapier, or similar tools Experience building AI agents or research workflows on Claude, OpenAI, or similar platforms Ability to integrate multiple systems and automate workflows across tools Strong process-mapping and operational analysis skills Experience designing rule-based logic such as scoring or routing systems Excellent communication skills and a portfolio of end-to-end automation work
