This is a foundational Staff Engineer role within Coro’s DevOps and Assurance team, part of Bain’s Next Generation Software Solutions organization. The role owns the long-term direction of cloud infrastructure and software delivery, helping ensure Bain’s platforms are secure, reliable, scalable, and ready for a fast-moving product build.
What you’ll do
Design and evolve cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Terraform Cloud Architect Azure networking, platform services, and environment parity across dev, demo, and production Own AKS architecture, identity and access patterns, and database platform standards Define and operate CI/CD workflows, container image lifecycle, and deployment promotion patterns Lead observability, security remediation, incident escalation, and compliance guardrails Mentor DevOps engineers and drive automation-first platform standards across the team
Who you are
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field 7-9 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or cloud platform engineering Proven experience architecting and operating cloud infrastructure in production at scale Strong hands-on expertise with Terraform, Azure, AKS, networking, CI/CD, and observability tools Experience leading and mentoring DevOps or platform engineers Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
