This is a foundational Staff Engineer role within Coro’s DevOps and Assurance team, part of Bain’s Next Generation Software Solutions organization. The role owns the long-term direction of cloud infrastructure and software delivery, helping ensure Bain’s platforms are secure, reliable, scalable, and ready for a fast-moving product build.

• Design and evolve cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Terraform Cloud
• Architect Azure networking, platform services, and environment parity across dev, demo, and production
• Own AKS architecture, identity and access patterns, and database platform standards
• Define and operate CI/CD workflows, container image lifecycle, and deployment promotion patterns
• Lead observability, security remediation, incident escalation, and compliance guardrails
• Mentor DevOps engineers and drive automation-first platform standards across the team

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 7-9 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or cloud platform engineering
• Proven experience architecting and operating cloud infrastructure in production at scale
• Strong hands-on expertise with Terraform, Azure, AKS, networking, CI/CD, and observability tools
• Experience leading and mentoring DevOps or platform engineers
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
