Work directly with the founders on sales, marketing, GTM, and growth experiments that move the needle. This is a hands-on execution role for a high-agency generalist who wants to own outreach, create content with AI tools, and help close deals.
What you’ll do
Own and execute customer outreach across email, LinkedIn, and outbound campaigns Research target customers, craft personalized messaging, and improve funnel conversion Manage customer communication from first touchpoint through follow-ups and relationship building Support sales processes including lead qualification, meeting coordination, proposals, and deal progression Execute marketing with AI tools, including content creation, personalization, campaign automation, and distribution Run growth experiments, analyze metrics, and refine strategies based on data
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field 0-1 years of experience; strong freshers with demonstrated initiative are welcome Excellent verbal and written communication in English High-ownership mindset and comfort executing without detailed instructions Comfort working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment where priorities shift weekly Already using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude in daily workflow Must work from the Delhi office; in-person role
