What you’ll do
Develop, test, and optimize prompts for large language models and AI tools Collaborate with product, content, and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective AI prompts Analyze model outputs and iterate on prompt structures to improve accuracy, relevance, and tone Build prompt frameworks, templates, and best practices for repeatable use across projects Document prompt strategies, experiments, and outcomes for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement Stay current with emerging AI prompting techniques, tools, and model capabilities
Who you are
Experience working with AI tools, large language models, or prompt engineering Strong written communication skills with attention to detail Ability to think analytically and creatively to solve problems Familiarity with content creation, automation, or AI-driven workflows is a plus Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
