# About the Role As a Networking Managed Services Engineer (L1) at NTT DATA, you will embark on an entry-level, client-facing role vital to maintaining the networking backbone of our esteemed customers. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring client environments, diagnosing first-line incidents, executing routine maintenance tasks, and managing ticket resolutions through ITSM tools. You will also have the opportunity to innovate by proposing automation solutions and may occasionally assist in project delivery and disaster-recovery drills.
