Ditto, part of the Finshots family and backed by Zerodha, is building an advice-led, customer-first insurance experience for India. As an Insurance Advisor, you will help inbound customers understand their needs, compare options, and choose suitable policies with clarity and confidence.
What you’ll do
Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone or video call Conduct needs analysis to understand financial goals and risk appetite Explain insurance concepts in simple, jargon-free language Recommend appropriate insurance products from partnered providers Guide customers through policy selection and purchase Maintain accurate records in the CRM and follow up post-sale
Who you are
Great communication skills and empathetic listening Strong customer service and consultative sales experience Analytical thinking with attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity Basic proficiency in CRM usage and other digital tools Fluency in English
