What you’ll do
Review and log customer complaints from hospitals, diagnostic centres, and other end-users in line with SOPs Document complaint details accurately in the Quality Management System for traceability Perform preliminary complaint assessments to determine severity and patient-safety impact Liaise with Quality, Regulatory, and Technical teams to gather data, reports, and root-cause analyses Support complaint investigation reports, closure documentation, and cross-functional discussions on trending issues and corrective actions Maintain audit-ready records, contribute to internal audits, and communicate status updates to global stakeholders
Who you are
Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data-analysis tools Understanding of medical-device regulations and quality management software is beneficial Problem-solving ability and team collaboration skills Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement
