The Business Development Internship – Healthcare Vertical is an entry point into health data partnerships, with exposure to how data flows across EHR vendors, payers, diagnostic networks, hospitals, and health-tech startups. The role starts with research, tracker management, and outreach support, then grows into discovery calls and independent outreach threads as the intern builds confidence.

• Conduct market research to identify potential healthcare partners and map their data exchange capabilities
• Update and clean partnership trackers, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups
• Assist in preparing pitch decks, one-pagers, and briefing documents for partner meetings
• Sit in on discovery calls, take detailed notes, and summarize action items for the lead
• Support partner onboarding activities, including documentation collection and compliance checks
• Draft outreach emails and manage initial communication threads under supervision

• Skills in market research, communication, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
• Proficiency in presentation tools such as Google Slides and basic data analysis
• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Basic understanding of the healthcare data ecosystem preferred
