IBM Consulting is hiring for a Process Associate role in its Enterprise Operations BPO unit, focused on order management for healthcare clients. The role is a voice-heavy, client-facing position that supports end-to-end order processing, issue resolution, and SLA-driven service delivery in a 24x7 environment.

• Coordinate end-to-end order management activities for healthcare clients
• Respond to client inquiries via voice calls and email
• Identify order-related risks or discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain SLA, escalation, and quality adherence
• Update order records in CRM/ERP systems and ensure data integrity
• Collaborate with Billing, Logistics, and Clinical Operations teams to resolve issues
• Generate daily and weekly order and performance reports
• Support continuous improvement and provide feedback on scripts and SOPs

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP platforms
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends
