Parloa is looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead high-complexity enterprise deployments of its Agentic AI / conversational AI platform. You will own delivery from scoping through go-live and hypercare, working closely with a Forward Deployed Engineer and an Agent Architect to help customers transition to an Agentic OS layer for enterprise communications.
What you’ll do
Own end-to-end delivery for assigned customer projects across scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality Run the TPM + FDE + Agent Architect pod as a single accountable delivery unit Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs, change logs, dependencies, and critical path tracking Lead customer governance and stakeholder communication across sponsors, IT, and business teams Coordinate with internal teams and partners on integrations, design, readiness, and go-live execution Track deployment KPIs and report delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans
Who you are
2+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or delivery management for SaaS or enterprise software Experience delivering solutions in contact center, CCaaS, UCaaS, conversational AI, IVA/IVR, or related CX platforms Ability to work across technical and business stakeholders including IT, Security, Operations, and Business Owners Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies Proficiency with project planning and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday, MS Project, Smartsheet, Confluence, Notion, or Miro Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with global, distributed teams Fluency in English and Italian
