Parloa is looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead high-complexity enterprise deployments of its Agentic AI / conversational AI platform. You will own delivery from scoping through go-live and hypercare, working closely with a Forward Deployed Engineer and an Agent Architect to help customers transition to an Agentic OS layer for enterprise communications.

• Own end-to-end delivery for assigned customer projects across scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality
• Run the TPM + FDE + Agent Architect pod as a single accountable delivery unit
• Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs, change logs, dependencies, and critical path tracking
• Lead customer governance and stakeholder communication across sponsors, IT, and business teams
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners on integrations, design, readiness, and go-live execution
• Track deployment KPIs and report delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans

• 2+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or delivery management for SaaS or enterprise software
• Experience delivering solutions in contact center, CCaaS, UCaaS, conversational AI, IVA/IVR, or related CX platforms
• Ability to work across technical and business stakeholders including IT, Security, Operations, and Business Owners
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Proficiency with project planning and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday, MS Project, Smartsheet, Confluence, Notion, or Miro
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with global, distributed teams
• Fluency in English and Italian
