As a Business Analyst Intern at Rapido, you’ll work closely with Product and Business teams on day-to-day problem statements. The role is centered on using data to identify opportunities, run experiments, and improve growth, spend optimization, and customer and captain experience.

• Acquire data from primary sources such as MongoDB, Presto SQL, and REST APIs
• Build dashboards and reports to track key business and product metrics
• Perform deep-dive analysis to understand problems and support data-backed decisions
• Deliver insights that drive growth, optimize spend, and improve customer and captain experience
• Manage datasets and tables used in analysis and dashboards
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• Undergraduate and/or graduate degree in a quantitative field such as Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or Computer Science
• Excellent SQL skills and experience with at least one scripting language, preferably Python
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts such as inferential statistics and significance tests
• Ability to work with data cleaning, data collection, and analysis methodologies
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute on decisions
• Ability to use analytics, data visualization, and machine learning to identify gaps and prototype MVPs

• Work on high-volume data with 1M to 10M records per day
• Build dashboards that can serve 200+ users
• Access to 100+ tables and 100s of TBs of data
• Exposure to challenging problem statements across acquisition, experience, marketplace health, and profitability
