Sculptcv.com is building an AI-based resume enhancement platform to help people turn standard experience into optimized, ATS-beating resumes. This founding-team role is for a Principal Designer who will help shape the product experience, visual identity, and early product direction from the ground up.
What you’ll do
Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for the Sculptcv platform Run usability tests, identify friction points, and help ensure the UI works across devices Work directly with the founder on product strategy, feature prioritization, and user journey design Refine visual assets and product presentation for investor pitch materials

Strong builder mindset and comfort working in a day-zero startup environment Self-motivated and able to solve design problems independently Interest in a long-term venture, not just a short side project Strong eye for visual UI, logical UX, and testing designs for real usability
