Sculptcv.com is building an AI-powered resume enhancement platform that helps job seekers create ATS-friendly, visually strong resumes quickly. This role is for a meticulous UI/UX Tester who will help ensure the product is intuitive, polished, and reliable across the full user journey.
What you’ll do
Test the end-to-end resume flow from upload to generation, editing, and export Check the platform across browsers and devices for visual and functional issues Report UI defects clearly and reproducibly using tools like Jira, Trello, or Linear Perform basic accessibility checks to help make the product usable for everyone Share actionable feedback and ideas to improve UX, retention, and conversion Support A/B testing of dashboard layouts and AI-prompt interfaces
Who you are
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot visual inconsistencies User-centric mindset with empathy for end users Basic QA knowledge, including bug reporting and reproducing errors Clear communication skills for working with designers and developers Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment Bonus: experience with AI tools, SaaS, ed-tech, or career-tech products Bonus: familiarity with Figma, browser developer tools, or automated testing tools
