## About the Role Spyne is seeking an experienced **AI Product Manager** to help shape the future of AI-powered automotive retail. In this role, you will define and execute the product roadmap for AI-driven experiences across customer engagement, dealership operations, and workflow automation. You’ll work at the intersection of product, engineering, AI/ML, and customer success to build intelligent, scalable solutions that help dealerships move faster and operate more efficiently. ## Key Responsibilities - Own the strategy and roadmap for AI-powered products across customer engagement, dealership operations, and automation. - Identify high-impact opportunities where AI agents can streamline repetitive workflows and improve customer experiences. - Design conversational and AI-native experiences using LLMs, multimodal AI, and autonomous agents. - Drive product development for AI copilots, voice agents, recommendation engines, and workflow automation tools. - Collaborate with AI Engineers, ML Researchers, Data Scientists, Designers, and Engineering teams to turn business needs into scalable AI products. - Define product requirements for prompt engineering, context management, memory, tool calling, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration. - Lead product discovery by working with customers, dealerships, Customer Success, and Sales teams to validate opportunities and solutions. - Prototype, test, and iterate quickly using customer feedback and product data. - Define and track success metrics such as task completion, response quality, automation rate, latency, hallucination reduction, customer satisfaction, and business impact. - Stay current on advances in LLMs, AI infrastructure, reasoning models, open-source ecosystems, and agent frameworks. ## Requirements - 3–6 years of Product Management experience building SaaS, AI, or data-driven products. - Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks. - Experience building products with APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or open-source LLMs. - Ability to work closely with AI/ML engineers and understand embeddings, vector databases, context windows, model evaluation, and agent orchestration. - Strong analytical skills with experience defining product metrics and running experiments. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts. - Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership and ambiguity. - Experience with tools such as LangGraph, LangChain, MCP, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex is a plus. - Exposure to Figma, Jira, SQL, analytics platforms, and AI evaluation tools is preferred. - Prior experience in Automotive, CRM, Enterprise SaaS, or Marketplace products is a bonus. ## Benefits - Build category-defining AI products that are transforming a major global industry. - Own products end-to-end, from discovery and strategy to launch and continuous improvement. - Work with a high-impact team of engineers, AI researchers, designers, and business leaders. - Join a fast-growing AI company and help shape the future of AI-powered commerce. - Be part of a mission-driven company backed by top investors including Accel, Vertex Ventures, and Storm Ventures.
