As a Business Analyst at Spyne, you’ll work across Customer Success, Onboarding, Operations, Product, and Leadership to help teams make better decisions using data. The role focuses on analyzing business performance, building dashboards, automating reporting, and finding opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency, with AI playing a big part in how the work gets done.
What you’ll do
Partner with Customer Success, Onboarding and Operations teams to understand business problems Build dashboards that help teams track performance and make decisions Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data Use Python and Excel to automate reports and recurring tasks Define and track key business metrics Perform root cause analysis and support experiments to improve business outcomes Present insights in a clear and simple way to stakeholders Build self-serve dashboards using Tableau, Power BI or Metabase Work with Product, Engineering and Business teams to improve processes
Who you are
1–3 years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics or Business Intelligence Strong SQL skills Good knowledge of Excel and Python Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Metabase or similar dashboarding tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to explain data and insights in a simple way Comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders Curious, proactive and willing to take ownership Interest in using AI to improve the way work gets done
