What you’ll do
Understand business problems before writing code and propose the best AI solution Build production-grade AI tools, agents, automations, and integrations Integrate AI systems with workflows, databases, APIs, and operational infrastructure Roll out new AI systems, train internal teams, and drive adoption Monitor, maintain, debug, and continuously improve production AI systems Protect AI infrastructure with secure architecture, credential management, and best practices
Who you are
5+ years of software engineering or automation development experience Strong experience building production AI applications using modern LLMs Experience with AI agents, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, APIs, and workflow automation Strong programming ability, preferably Python Experience integrating AI systems with existing software and business workflows Strong communication skills, security-first mindset, and ability to drive adoption
