Thinkly Labs, operating as Thinkly AI, is building AI-driven voice agents for the real-estate sector. As a Forward Deployed Engineer Intern, you’ll work across client interaction, product engineering, and AI research, helping debug live systems, refine prompts, and ship production features that affect real customers.
What you’ll do
Debug and optimize AI voice agents during live client calls Implement bug fixes and minor feature enhancements in the production codebase Design and deliver interactive demos for sales prospects Write, iterate, and engineer prompts to guide LLM behavior reliably Collect field failures, reproduce them, and share insights with the product team Collaborate with backend engineers on vector-DB retrieval and speech-to-text pipelines Maintain documentation of client-specific customizations Participate in code reviews and follow CI/CD practices Monitor deployed agent performance and propose improvements Assist the support team with urgent client escalations
Who you are
Proficiency in Python and an engineering mindset toward LLM prompting Familiarity with FastAPI, Next.js, PostgreSQL, vector DBs, and N8N Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini APIs Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex Strong debugging skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
