Third Act is looking for a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to help keep fundraising, financial, and operational systems running smoothly. This part-time role supports the behind-the-scenes processes that power the organization’s climate and democracy work, helping a mission-driven team stay organized and effective.

• Support the planning and execution of fundraising calls and events, including logistics, coordination, and follow-up
• Manage incoming organizational mail, process donor contributions, deposit checks, and route correspondence
• Maintain accurate donor, volunteer, and constituent records in organizational databases
• Process reimbursements, vendor payments, invoices, and expense documentation accurately and on time
• Support financial administration for volunteer Working Groups, including expense requests, payment cards, and budget tracking
• Coordinate travel requests, reimbursements, and general administrative support as needed

• 2+ years of experience in operations, administration, finance, development, project coordination, or a similar role
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Experience maintaining accurate records, databases, or financial information with confidentiality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and comfort learning new software and systems
• Ability to work independently, manage competing deadlines, and proactively identify solutions

• Part-time position, 20 hours/week
• Salary of $36,000
