Uservox is building AI-driven voice bots for customer support and sales, with a focus on conversations that learn, empathize, and resolve. This role is centered on creating, testing, and improving voice flows so the product feels natural, safe, and effective for users.

• Design and build AI-driven voice flows for different use cases
• Test voice flows across multiple scenarios to find bugs, inconsistencies, and failure points
• Review and optimize prompts to improve comprehension, edge-case handling, and fallback responses
• Develop and refine guardrails to prevent harmful, inappropriate, or out-of-scope interactions
• Work with product managers, engineers, and UX teams to iterate on designs and fixes
• Create and maintain documentation for voice flows, test cases, and resolved issues

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of customer support and sales technology
• Experience with voice agent technology is a plus
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
