This role sits at the intersection of frontier AI and high-stakes client work. You will act as the judgment layer that ensures every AI-generated scheduling message is sharp, contextually correct, and on-brand for top search firms and their C-suite candidates.
What you’ll do
Review AI-generated scheduling actions before they reach top search firms and C-suite candidates Make real-time judgment calls on ambiguous scenarios involving tone, rescheduling, and missing context Catch subtle errors such as wrong time zones, misread intent, off-tone language, and missing thread context Surface patterns in AI behaviour to the founders and product team Take on adjacent operational projects such as client onboarding and internal process design
Who you are
Exceptional written English Sharp judgment under time pressure Sustained focus and reliability during a live production shift Generalist by instinct Bachelor's in English, BBA, etc. from a Tier 1 university Big 4 or equivalent background preferred Ability to join in the next two weeks
