What you’ll do
Engage with customers through telecalling to promote services Assist in customer onboarding and ensure a smooth transition Maintain and manage customer relationships to improve satisfaction and loyalty Use CRM tools to handle customer data and interactions Handle objections and negotiate to convert leads into customers Use MS Excel for reporting and tracking performance metrics
Who you are
Proficiency in Marathi and English communication Strong telecalling and customer service skills Ability to build and maintain customer relationships Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills Comfortable using CRM software and MS Excel Open to freshers and graduating batches
