The service

sculptcv.com provides AI-assisted resume analysis and rewriting. We make a best effort to produce accurate, ATS-friendly output but cannot guarantee any specific job outcome. You are responsible for reviewing the AI-generated content before submitting it to any employer.

Accounts

To use the service you must create an account using a valid email address. You may not share your account or use it on behalf of someone else without their permission. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Payment & refunds

Paid features cost ₹30 per 7-day pass. Payments are processed by Razorpay. If you are dissatisfied within the 7-day window, you may request a full refund by emailing support@sculptcv.com. Refunds are at our discretion in cases of suspected abuse.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to harass, defame, or impersonate another person
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, paywalls, or security controls
• Reverse-engineer the service or extract bulk data via scraping
• Use the service for illegal activity

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved by courts in our jurisdiction of operation.
