Is my data safe?
Yes. Your resume and analyses are stored in Supabase with Row Level Security — only your account can read your own rows. We don't share your resume with third parties beyond OpenAI (used to perform the AI analysis itself). See our privacy policy for the specifics.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you're not happy within the 7-day pass window, email us at support@sculptcv.com and we'll process it via Razorpay (typically settles in 5-7 business days).
Why is my resume taking so long to analyze?
Each analysis runs two AI passes (a fast structure extraction plus a forensic ATS audit) and the optimization run uses our most capable model. Expect 10-30 seconds end-to-end. If it's consistently longer or stuck on a spinner, refresh and try again — and let us know.
What does ₹30 get me?
A 7-day clean download pass. During those 7 days, download as many tailored, watermark-free PDF versions as you want — across as many job descriptions as you like. The free tier always works, just with a watermark.
Does the AI invent things about my experience?
No. Our pipeline is deliberately built around an “anti-hallucination” rule: the AI is locked to the verified work history extracted from your uploaded resume and any evidence you provide via the interview questions. It rewrites; it doesn't fabricate.
How do I cancel?
There's nothing to cancel — there's no subscription. Your 7-day pass simply expires, and you can choose to pay again or stay on the free tier. Your saved analyses stay in your dashboard.
My UPI payment is pending — what now?
Razorpay sometimes takes 30-90 seconds to confirm UPI. The page polls automatically; you can also refresh after 1 minute. If your bank later declines the payment (rare, usually within 24 hours), we'll email you and you won't be charged.
Can I download multiple template styles for one ₹30 payment?
Yes — Standard (Academic) and Modern (Creative) are both included. Switch via the dropdown next to the download button.
